SILVER LINING FOR MORAGThere were lots of great runs at the Scottish 5k Champs on Friday night but want to mention that Senior silver medal for Morag Millar.The Central AC athlete is now a mother-of-two and has had to fight hard for fitness over the past few years.So to deliver a 16:09 run on a windy night was highly impressive and landed another National Championship medal for Morag, who set the Women's Course Record when winning at Silverknowes back in 2019 (at 15:49 chip time).Great to see this return !*Photo by Bobby Gavin# ...
