Enter now for Spring Throws in Glasgow – and help needed, too
Attention all our throws athletes and coaches.
The scottishathletics Spring Throws meet is this year taking place on Saturday 15 March 2025 at Crownpoint in Glasgow.
We hope to have as many athletes as possible competing at this stage of the year before the summer season.
Please note entries close at 5pm on 6 March.
The Spring Throws offers a chance for athletes to set an early season mark, to inform coaches around how training is progressing for the rest of the year.
Thanks in advance to our scottishathletics Officials who once again will make the event happen thanks to their dedication and commitment to supporting our sport.
