There was a good turnout of athletes for all the long throws and thanks are extended to all who competed as well as our dedicated team of Officials.
The highlight performances came in the hammer with PB performances from the 4J National Athletics Academy duo Angela McAuslan-Kelly and Callum Hendry.
Angela, of Aberdeen AAC, threw out to 57.24m and VP-Glasgow athlete Callum reached 56.89m. Both are U20 athletes. At U17 level, there was a first time over 50m for Inverness Harriers athlete Rory Stainsby with 50.93m.
