The Scottish 10k Champs are headed for Stirling this year and the popular Podfather 10k event.
Central AC are our hosts with the race taking place on Sunday 8 September.
Hundreds of names have already been received but there’s still plenty of room for more and the closing deadline is in August.
The event also features 2k and 3.5k fun runs (2k for 5-9 year olds and 3.5k for 10-14 year olds). Those take place prior to the main 10k race, which starts at 10.15am.
Run on the traditional Stirling 10k course, the route offers fantastic views of Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills. Each year we see a large number of finishers running their personal bests and that makes the race very attractive to runners from all over Scotland!
A throwback to last year’s race, capturing the energy with the drone footage 🎥 The video shows the determined runners, cheers from the crowd and the atmosphere of the day.
