Save the Date – National Club Conference will be November 14

We are delighted to announce that the National Club Conference 2026 will take place on Saturday 14 November.

The venue for this year is once again the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow with the 4J Annual Awards taking place later on that day, too.

Our theme for the National Club Conference will be: Succession Planning.

Following the energy, success and lasting impact of the Commonwealth Games, we are excited to bring together club leaders, volunteers, coaches, officials and members from across the country.

The event will provide an opportunity to connect, share ideas, celebrate achievements and explore how we can continue to grow and strengthen athletics together.

Whether you are involved in club development, coaching, volunteering or governance, there will be something for everyone.

Delegates on November 14 can expect engaging speakers, workshops, networking opportunities and discussions focused on the future of our sport.

Alongside sharing examples of good practice from across the athletics community, and under the theme of Succession Planning, the Conference will spark discussion and new ideas around building volunteer capacity, generating income and creating sustainable, resilient clubs for the future.
