Owen Miller has landed another medal to cap his remarkable past 12 months.
The Fife AC athlete won Paralympic gold in Tokyo – and now he has landed recognition via the Queen’s Honours List.
Owen receives the Member of the British Empire (MBE) medal alongside the other British athletes who triumphed at the Paralympics.
On his Paralympic debut, the popular Scot blew away the field in the T20 1500m final with a stunning performance which captured the imagination and admiration of the athletics public in Scotland.
Many congratulations to Owen, his family, coach Steve Doig, and all at Fife AC and others involved in his development over a number of years.
Owen was named our 4J Studios Para Athlete of the Year at the 4J Annual Awards in October.
