Our Jumps and Throws community are ready to gather for action again this weekend at Grangemouth.
It’s the second of our Throws and Jumps GP events with a strong entry received for Saturday’s action in central Scotland to follow on from the opening meet at Inverness.
We’re seeing almost 130 names on start-lists as athletes in these disciplines look to improve their SB performances or chase an early-season PB – with District and Outdoor Open events the following weekend.
Thanks in advance to all those set to compete at Grangemouth, and their coaches, as well as the volunteers who make these events happen, primarily our qualified scottishathletics Officials.
The Grangemouth timetable and information is available via the link above.
The Grangemouth meet is the second of four in the Jumps and Throws GP series for 2022.
And entries are already open for the third of these – coming up on Sunday 5 June at the redeveloped facility in Dundee’s Caird Park.
Online entry can be accessed via the link above and we would love to see as many athletes as possible taking up these event-specific opportunities.
Entries close on Thursday 19 May.
