Join us to learn more on Coaching and Performance at all levels
Bookings are now open for the next event in our Club Education Programme – coming up in Stirling on Saturday 7 September.
This informal event will appeal to club leaders and coaches alike as we hear from our Director of Performance and Coaching, Stephen Maguire, about our approach to creating a world class performance system and the integral role clubs and coaches throughout the system play.
Many of you will hopefully already have viewed the video blogs Stephen has been recording since his return to Scotland last year.
This session in Stirling will provide a face-to-face opportunity to discuss our approach to coaching and performance and how your club and coaches can benefit.
In particular, Stephen will outline the new staffing structure implemented by scottishathletics to support the system, discuss future improvements to the education and development of coaches, update on our approach to long-term athlete development and invite clubs to feedback and share their experiences.
Stephen Maguire led an informal gathering of coaches at the FPSG Senior Champs last Sunday – and now we invite club leaders and coaches to join us in Stirling on Saturday 7 September.
Refreshments will be served at the start of the session.
