Join Liz for Dinner: Tickets on sale for 4J Annual Awards

Tickets are on sale now for the 4J Annual Awards in Glasgow in October.

We are thrilled to be welcoming a legend of our sport, Liz McColgan, to helps us celebrate another great year as our Guest of Honour on the night.

It’s happening at the Glasgow Hilton on the evening of Saturday 26 October and you won’t want to miss out on what is always a great night!

The 4J Annual Awards will see the coronation of our 4J Athlete of the Year and 4J Para Athlete of the Year and a big part of the night is celebrating and recognising clubs, Officials, volunteers and coaches.

Big thank you to all who have made submissions with nominations in a number of categories. We appreciate that response.

‘It is an event to celebrate and support all that is good in our sport and key to the night is recognising volunteers in the sport in various roles at clubs as coaches and Officials’ said Liz.

‘These are the people who make the sport happen in Scotland on a weekly basis and help deliver the structure which allows athletes to progress and develop,

‘I think in many ways it has been a brilliant year for the Scottish ‘pathway’.

‘We look at the World Indoors and the Olympics and see examples but there are others across other disciplines, age groups and Para athletics.

‘So many of our top athletes came through that pathway and I think it is really important that we celebrate that and thank all those involved. I am expecting a great night in October and really looking forward to my visit.
