Athlete and Coach Training Session
Grangemouth Stadium; Sunday 20 March
The final of our winter training sessions for hammer throwers and their coaches will take place at the Grangemouth Indoor Arena on Sunday (March 20).
I would like to thank all the coaches who have taken part in these sessions – your assistance is greatly appreciated. And also a big thank-you to the athletes and parents for making the effort traveling from afar afield as Montrose in the northeast and Annan in the southwest.
All hammer throwers are invited along this Sunday, including young and new throwers. Coaches and those wishing to develop their knowledge of the event are very welcome.
Please assemble at 9.30am for 9.45am start with a 12.30pm finish. There will be a charge of £5 per athlete. Coaches for the session are Karen Costello and Jim Green.
Would athletes/coaches please contact Jim Green by Saturday 19 March on whether they plan to attend.
