Giffnock North AC have been a dominant force in Scottish cross country in recent seasons – and they remained an unstoppable outfit at Falkirk.

There are two ‘overall’ trophies up for grabs at the Lindsays National XC for an aggregate performance score in the men’s and women’s divisions at Callendar Park.

All age groups from U13s through to Seniors are taken into account to find the most successful club overall at Falkrk.

And, for the third year in a row on both counts, Giffnock North AC are the winners of the Pat Spence Trophy (females) and the AT Mays Trophy (for males).

This year, Giffnock won team golds in four of the six age group races at U17, U15 and U13.
