Calling all clubs! Here’s a great way to start the track season . . .

The FPSG scottishathletics National 3 x 800m Relays are coming up soon on Saturday 14 April at Grangemouth Stadium.

These championships are from all ages from U13s to Seniors and will take place as part of the Scottish Student Sport Champs (Unis and Colleges outdoor track and field) at the same Grangemouth venue that day.

We need entries now with a closing date looming up of midnight on Tuesday 3 April and you can do so online.

Clubs are required to enter 3-5 names for the moment and then must declare teams on the Saturday morning.

Athletes can be named in more than one team (at this juncture) but cannot run in more than one team at any stage of the competition.

It will be timed finals for U13 age group with heats and finals for those from U15 and above. U20 athletes (and Masters) can run in Senior teams but there is no specific medal for the U20s age group or indeed Masters.
