Entries remain open over the Festive period for our 4J Indoor Qualifying Heats events coming up early in 2024.

Hundreds of entries have already been received for Ayr and those are still open for the weekend of Janaury 19 to 21.

We have also opened up online entry for the weekends at Pitreavie and Aberdeen which follow on from Ayr – and are already attracting athletes.

Entries for Ayr close at 5pm on Monday (January 8).
