Kirkcaldy High School staged a superb Lindsays Short Course XC Champs a couple of years ago – and we’re back at the same venue again this year.

It’s happening on Saturday 9 November with Fife AC our hosts for an event which was in Lanark some 12 months ago.

Individual and team medals will be up for grabs at Kirkcaldy and the undulating course is one which should deliver exciting races.

Laura Muir won on this course two years ago with Central AC athlete Cameron Boyek taking the men’s gold.

Entries are now open online and these can be made in two ways:

Clubs can use their online portal to submit names in all age groups
