Save the Date: National Club Conference will be on October 29

Our National Club Conference is back on the calendar again next month and we are urging clubs and their representatives to ‘Save the Date’.

We’re gathering at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow during the day on Saturday 29 October (with the 4J Annual Awards taking place at the same venue that evening).

The Club Conference starts at 9.30am and runs through to 4pm and bookings/registrations will open later this month.

It’s always a valuable opportunity for club leaders to meet together, share good practice and then take their learning back to their clubs.

‘We’re delighted to welcome our fantastic club leaders back once again to Glasgow Hilton for the 2022 National Club Conference,’ said scottishathletics Head of Development, David Fallon.

‘It has been an exceptional year for scottishathletics, from historic performances on the world stage to inspiring work in communities across Scotland. As a sport, we’ve so much to recognise, celebrate and learn from.

‘Our clubs, leaders, coaches, and volunteers have played a key role in this success, and our National Club Conference is always a great day to share some examples of great work from our clubs and share some of the latest developments from the scottishathletics team.

‘At the moment we would ask to make a note of Saturday 29 October as the date for the National Club Conference.’
