Jaguars AGM is online this Sunday; Field Events Officials course

Glasgow Jaguars are holding their Annual General Meeting online this weekend – on Sunday (December 3).

Following a hugely successful season, Glasgow Jaguars secured a fifth place finish from the 16 Premiership clubs in the National Athletics League.

It was confirmed at the league’s AGM that next season will see an eighth-club Premiership. Jaguars will face tough opposition in 3 fixtures at Eton, Woodford Green and Birmingham.

Level 1 Field Events Officials course

scottishathletics have a Field Events Officials course coming up in Kilmarnock in January.

As always, we are very keen to fill these course in order to train volunteers as Officials and help make the sport happen.

The course on Sunday 14 January is open to anyone over the age of 16 who is interested in officiating within the field events.

This Level One course will cover all jumping and throwing event as well as events for athletes with a disability including seated throws, Shot, Discus, Hammer, Javelin, Club Throw, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump and Pole Vault.
