Autumn Throws Series 1 – Results PDF
scottishathletics are pleased to be offering further throws opportunities over the next few weeks via the Autumn Throws Competition Series.
These two events follow on from the successful 4J Studios National Open Series which featured various throws opportunities over the four-week period.
With the support of Kilbarchan AAC, the competitions will take place on Saturday 10 October and Saturday 24 October at the On-X Linwood facility. However, numbers are limited due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Entries for both events will be offered to Hammer athletes in the first instance with Javelin offered at the meeting on 10 October and Discus at the meeting on 24 October (if there are insufficient Hammer entries).
If we are able to offer entries to the other long throw events we will do so after the initial closing dates have passed.
Enter now for Saturday 10 October
Entries for the meeting on 10 October are open to scottishathletics members, in addition the age groups change on 1 October so age group athletes may move to the next age group.
Licensed coaches do need to apply for coach accreditation which along with athlete entry is available via the Event pages of the scottishathletics website.
Entries close at midnight on Sunday 4 October.
