scottishathletics will stage our Autumn Throws Meet at Grangemouth in October.
And entries are now open online for the event, which will take place on Saturday 22 October.
All four throws are on offer to entrants and entries are invited from all age groups from U13 through to Seniors/Masters.
The Autumn Throws Meet is part of our event spectific approach and gives throwers a chance of a late-season Personal Best.
