Liam Nolan of Law and District AAC and coach Colin Gray (via club Twitter feed)
During a busy weekend for our sport, Saturday saw our final outdoor Throws Meet of 2024 take place in Glasgow.
We were delighted to welcome 65 athletes and over 100 event entries to Crownpoint. Athletes competed in their 2025 categories and there were no fewer than 50 personal best performances!
Law and District AAC’s Liam Nolan improved his hammer PB to 36:05m and that is a understood to be a new F20 Hammer Record (previous at 35:51m)
