The 4J Annual Awards are coming up soon and we can’t wait to celebrate a fantastic year for our sport.
Tickets are on sale now for our big night at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow on Saturday 26 October.
Scottish athletics legend Liz McColgan is our Guest of Honour on the night as we look to recognise and acknowledge athletes, coaches, clubs, Officials and volunteers.
And we are delighted today to release our final batch of short-lists – in five Athlete of the Year categories.
The 4J Athlete of the Year and 4J Para Athlete of the Year titles will be highly coveted in a year of Olympics and Paralympics and these will be presented as the finale to our 4J Awards Dinner.

4J Athlete of the Year:

On these occasions we also celebrate and acknowledge the key role played by clubs in the pathway for these talented and hard-working athletes.
