All set for busy 4J Age Groups – with live stream on Vinco Sport

All roads lead to Grangemouth this weekend for our 4J Age Group Champs.

And we are thrilled to have record event entry numbers from a huge field of athletes in the U20, U15 and U13 categories.

There are a remarkable 870 athlete names submitted for 1507 event entries and these are the highest numbers we have details of from the past decade or more.

Here’s some details behind those amazing figures . . .

U13 – 519 entries from 270 athletes (445 entries in 2022, last time we were in Grangemouth)

U15 – 578 entries from 330 athletes (575 entries in 2022)

U20 – 410 entries from 270 athletes (352 entries in 2022; possibly the first time over 400)

Thank you to all athletes, coaches, clubs and parents supporting the 4J Age Groups and of course our scottishathletics Officials who will make it happen at Grangemouth.

We really appreciate the support for Scottish national championship events and we are planning to deliver significant comms and social media coverage over the weekend.

With these large numbers, Grangemouth is liable to be busy in terms of spectators and coaches.

To help with queuing, we have the option to pay in advance for your admission cost (£3 for adults) via an online registration link

Coaches and Spectators for 4J Age Groups (August 10/August 11)

Note it is £3 for advance registration and £4 on the day for card payments.

We would like to stress the admission money is helpful towards our (significant) costs in both hiring facilities to host national championship events and the delivery.
