scottishathletes are pleased to share three training-type videos as we look to broaden our YouTube content.
The Sweat Elite channel has global reach and the man behind that, Matt Fox, spent some time in Scotland over the Festive holiday period.
Matt undertook three interviews/training films with Giffnock North AC, double Olympian Andy Butchart and with Masters athlete and M60 World 800m Record holder Paul Forbes.
And we’re delighted that Matt kindly agreed to allow us to host the Sweat Elite content on our channel.
The Giffnock North video shared above covers a club XC session which took place on Boxing Day and features interviews with Neil Gourley, Erin Wallace , Duncan Robinson and Hamish Armitt.
