There are group cross country training sessions coming up in the North and in Glasgow over the Festive Holiday period.
The Inter-District XC Champs in January and of course the Lindsays National XC at Falkirk in February are now very much the focus.
scottishathletics fully supports the concept of athletes from different clubs getting together to train and coaches taking the chance for informal networking to offer support and insight.
In Glasgow, the following sessions is planned by the Glasgow Athletics Association:
*Tuesday 28 December – Bellahouston Park (Pitch and Putt)
Athletes from U15 are welcome and should arrive warmed up ready to go for 10:30am first rep.

In the North, the following sessions is planned:
*Tuesday 28 December at Grant Park in Forres.
Athletes from U15 are welcome to attend and asked to be warmed up and ready for a first rep at 10.30am.
Big thank you from us to those volunteers and coaches organising and leading these sessions.
