Athlete and Coach Training Session
Grangemouth Stadium Sunday 9 November 2014
The second of our winter training sessions for young hammer throwers and their coaches will take place at the Grangemouth Indoor Arena on Sunday 9 November 2014.
All young and new hammer throwers are invited. Coaches, and those wishing to develop their knowledge of the event, are very welcome.
Please assemble at 9:30am for 9:45am start with a 12:30pm finish. There will be a charge of £3 to cover the cost of the venue
The Lead Technical Coach for the day will be Karen Costello assisted by Jim Green with guest coaches.
Bruce Robb, Scottish Institute of Sport Strength and Conditioning Coach, will continue with training sessions on the art of how to lift properly.
