Group sessions around Scotland will help runners prepare for #LindsaysXC

Thursday 1st October 2026

Cross Country Endurance Sessions are running across different venues in Scotland over the forthcoming winter season.

The sessions are led by a UKA qualified coach and are open to athletes in the U16 age category and above.

scottishathletics firmly support the principles behind these sessions of training in a group and coaches have an opportunity to catch-up and share experience.

The number of reps will vary for each age group. Please listen to instructions from the coach(es) for the number of reps appropriate to you.

*We will seek to update this story as a reference point but if in doubt please check with local contacts.
