Hearing your voice: Join our online AGM on Saturday

The scottishathletics Annual General Meeting will take place this Saturday (September 26) at 10am.

As has been our practive in recent years, once again this weekend we are holding an online meeting via a Zoom link.

This format of course helps to maximise the number of clubs represented and allows us to hear your voice.

Today we ask club representatives to email us if you would like to attend online on Saturday. We need your support on this in order to have a quorum for the AGM).

Please let us know by 12 noon on Friday if you wish to attend. This is also the deadline for receipt of proxy votes and mandates.

Club representatives are asked to please email admin@scottishathletics.org.uk to register an intention to attend. Once you have done this, you will be sent a registration link for Zoom.

The AGM will report on the activities of Scottish Athletics Limited during the year from 1 April 2025 through to 31 March 2026.

The online meeting being hosted in the usual way by our chair David Ovens, with the option for you to attend from home.
