Scottish Officials will have a huge representation at Glasgow 2026.

We are pleased to confirm 81 of our committed volunteers will help deliver the Commonwealth Games.

The Scottish cohort for Scotstoun will feature in a wide range of roles and responsibilities.

We offer our warm congratulations to all of our scottishathletics qualified Officials picked for Glasgow!

Just as with our Team Scotland athletes, there are years of dedication and commitment to officiating behind these selections.

‘It is great to see such a long list of Officials named for duties at Glasgow 2026,’ said scottishathletics chief executive Colin Hutchison.

‘I think the cohort is a huge compliment to our Scottish Officials and we say well done to our Officials Commission and all the individuals involved. Every role listed will make a big contribution as part of the wider team.

‘We regularly reference how our Officials ‘make our events happen‘ in Scotland.

‘Now countries from across the Commonwealth will watch that at Glasgow 2026 and I am very confident they will play a vital role in delivering smooth organisation to help exciting competition.’

A number of other Scottish Officials and familiar faces from Scottish Championships will also be on duty in volunteer roles. That workforce also likely to include coaches and further scottishathletics members – we say thank you and good luck to all.
