Ready for 4J Age Groups action: Hundreds of young athletes set to compete in Aberdeen
Aberdeen Sports Village is the place to be this weekend for our 4J Age Group Champs.
Athletes in the U20, U15 and U13 age categories take on their national championships in what is always an eagerly-awaited development event.
The U15s are in action on Saturday with the U13 Champs taking place on Sunday. The programme for our U20 athletes is split over the two days.
We are delighted to have no fewer than 752 athlete names on our start-lists with a really strong response by athletes, coaches, parents and clubs.

Age Groups entries up by 11.5 percent on last visit to Aberdeen
Big thank you to all who have entered and we say thanks in advance to staff at Aberdeen Sports Village, host club Aberdeen AAC and all volunteers as well as, of course, our purple and red army – the qualified scottishathletics Officials who make events happen week in, week out across Scotland.
In terms of our comms for the event, please bear with us as we are slightly short-staffed this weekend.
