Clubs: Enter now for Regional SUPERteams in Cumbernauld, Edinburgh
The first Regional SUPERteams heats take place in Inverness and Ayr this weekend.
Over 100 young athletes will be taking part in running, jumping and throwing events to earn points for their teams in their bid to qualify for a place in the national final.
Entries close this Thursday (May 15) for Regional Heats Three and Four at Cumbernauld and Edinburgh.
Heat Three: Edinburgh – Saturday 24 May
Heat Four: Cumbernauld – Saturday 24 May
The Cumbernauld heat so far has entries from Airdrie, Central, Dundee and Law. The Edinburgh heat has them from Edinburgh AC, Harmeny AC and Banchory, with Corstorphine and Musselburgh expected to joint hose clubs.
Our numbers are currently on-par with Inverness and Ayr, so it would certainly be good to see some more names coming in before Thursday for these events.
Entries remain open for Heat Five, hosted by Springburn Harriers, until Thursday 29 May
Athletes can enter the Regional SUPERteams events individually or through their club. All participants must have a date of birth in 2014, 2015 or 2016.
