Weather-beaten! Lynn and Jamie land golds amid classic winter cross country action

Our latest Inter-District XC and British Cross Challenge event in Scotland proved a big success in Glasgow on Saturday.

We felt Alexandra Park would prove a terrific course and venue and the reaction from those who raced or camel along to support has confirmed our pre-event hopes.

Big thank you to Shettleston Harriers as our host club with volunteers out very early in freezing conditions on Saturday morning to set-up the course and everything else which has to happen to deliver a big cross country event.

Thanks, also, to our endurance Officials and the Road Running and Cross Country Commission for their contributions and indeed to everyone who came along.
