Junior Hill Champs set for Sunday at Kingussie
Junior Scottish Hill Running Champs
This year’s Scottish Junior Hill Running Champs take place this Sunday – September 17.
The venue is at Creag Bheag, Kingussie, with medals at stake from U13 (born 2011 and 2012) up to U20 (born 2004 to 2006).
Our youngsters at U13 will take on a 3km loop with 100m of climb while all the older categories will face the full 5km/250m route. The older race will set off at 12.00 noon with the U13s race approx. five minutes later.
The race is also the 7th race in this year’s Junior Hill League, and, with double-points on offer, it could be the deciding factor in several of the categories.

No pre-entries – enter on-the-day only. Age 18 and over £5, Under 18 £2. Registration is from 10.30am – 11.50am at the Ardvonie Car Park (behind the Duke of Gordon car park).
