Our Cross Country Team Challenge event is up and running for 2021 – with the second of three events coming up at Scone Palace.
The Lindsays National XC Relays form part of the overall event which takes place across three fixtures in the Lindsays Cross Country Season.
First up of those was the District XC Relay and points have now been allocated in our initial Cross Country Team Challenge tables.
The men’s table is led by Central AC (East), Giffnock North (West) and Inverness Harriers (North) all on 10 points.
The women’s table is led by Lasswade AC (East), Glasgow University Hare and Hounds (West) and JSK Racing Club (North).
Scone Palace hosts the Lindsays National Relays and double points are on offer to the teams (from what was available at the District XC Relays).
The final event of the three-meeting Cross Country Team Challenge takes place at the Lindsays Short Course XC at Lanark on Saturday 6 November. Lanark is also double points.
The Lindsays National XC Relays are back this weekend for the first time in two years.
And we’re pleased to confirm we expect to have video highlights coverage from Scone Palace in Perth early next week.
Youth Football Scotland helped us out last year with footage from the limited-numbers #LindsaysXC event at the same venue.
This time, we will be looking to host short highlights packages from each of the four races at the National XC Relays on our YouTube channel in the early part of next week.
