Entries close later this week for the National Short Course XC Champs in Lanark.

Hundreds of athletes are headed for Scone Palace in Perth for the Lindsays National XC Relays on Saturday

A fortnight later the Lindsays Cross Country Season focus switches to races at the old Lanark race-course venue with Seniors/U20/Masters competing over 4k on Saturday 6 November.

There are also U17 and U15 races, with this event having been held at Kirkcaldy two years ago and at Lanark the year before in 2018.

So we are urging clubs and athletes to go online and enter for Lanark on 6 November. The closing deadline is midnight on Thursday (October 21).
