ENTRIES CLOSE THURSDAY: Lindsays District XC Relays

The Lindsays Cross Country Season is looming – and we’ve our first closing date coming up already!

So we really urge our clubs to give us names for the first event of the season, the Lindsays District XC Relays.

Saturday 9 October is the date for diaries and training plans – and we need names to be submitted to us by midnight on Thursday (September 23).

Galashiels Academy will host the East event while Alexandra Sports Hub in Glasgow is the venue for the West event. The North venue has now been confirmed as Nairn Links, Nairn. Thanks in advance to those hosting these events.

Remember, Competition – It’s What You Train For.

So, please, don’t miss out on the start of the XC season with so much of last year having been cancelled because of Covid-19 issues.

Entries close at Midnight on Thursday 23 September 2021. No late entries will be accepted.

All entries must be submitted online, through the club portal. No late entries will be accepted.

If you experience online entry problems, please email: events@scottishathletics.org.uk before midnight on the closing date.

Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.

Entry Fees:

Young Male/Female Teams – £14

(Teams are 3 athletes. 1st Lap U13, 2nd Lap U13 or U15, 3rd Lap U15 or U17)

U20/Sen/Mas Male Teams – £22

(Teams made up of four athletes)

U20/Sen/Mas Female Teams – £17

(Teams made up of three athletes)

U13: Born between 1 Sept 2008 – 31 Aug 2010
U15: Born between 1 Sept 2006 – 31 Aug 2008
U17: Born between 1 Sept 2004 – 31 Aug 2006
