Long Distance events for Masters and Open races
There are track and field opportunities coming up in July and entries are open online.
Athletes planning to compete should make sure their scottishathletics membership is up to date.
Saturday 24 July is the date for jumpers and throwers for the third of their GP series meets – and we are taking entries online now.
Kilmarnock is the venue for the Jumps GP event and the Throws GP will be at Livingston.
We need entries by Thursday 15 July (or earlier if events fill up), please.

Masters 5000m Champs and Open races at Kilmarnock
Masters athletes are invited to enter a National Championship event on the track.
In track and field events in Scotland, Masters athletes are aged 35 and above from the day of the event.
The opportunity is over 5000m and that is happening at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena in Kilmarnock on Saturday 24 July.

Entries will close at 11.59pm on Thursday 15 July.
Masters races on the day as well as Open races for Senior and U20 athletes. And there is also a 5000m Wheelchair opportunity.
