Enter here for Livingston on May 29
Entries are open for the first of three Throws Grand Prix events coming up over the summer track and field season.
These events will be part of our scottishathletics Throws Project aimed at raising standards for athletes and coaches and providing more competition and learning opportunities.
The first event is scheduled for Saturday 29 May and will take place at Craigswood stadium in Livingston.
Entries have opened today for all throws and all age groups in an open graded format. The timetable includes seated throws opportunities for our Para athletes.
Entries will close on Thursday 20 May.
We’d urge athletes and coaches to look at the calendar and plan their seasons around these Event specific opportunities and then (we hope) National Championship events in August.
Athletes can enter for Livingston via the link above. Coach accreditation lists are also being used for this event – please apply via the link here.
Two further Throws GP opportunities are lined up for Dundee in late June and a return to Livingston at the end of July.
