Entries open soon for our 4J Studios Indoor Season

It’s almost time for track and field to head indoors and our preparations for the 4J Studios Indoor Season are well underway.

We’re looking to deliver a full programme of national events at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow and scottishathletics members will have early opportunities to enter all of our indoor events, so be sure to enter early so as not to miss out!

The first large events of the season are the 4J Studios National Indoor Open on Saturday 21 January and U12 SUPERteams on Sunday 22 January.

These two popular events offer competition opportunities right across our sport and we hope to see as many athletes as possible taking part.

Entries open to scottishathletics members and clubs at 10am on Thursday 8 December. Remaining places in the National Outdoor Open will then open to non-Scottish athletes from Thursday 22 December.

Opening dates into all of the 2023 Indoor Championships will be staggered this year to enable athletes to secure their place up to six weeks in advance of each competition weekend.

Entries into each event will close at 5pm on the Thursday two weeks prior to the event date. Or sooner if events sell out.

Should any events sell out before the closing date, a waiting list will be in operation. Please note any age group entry restrictions on the fixture page for each event before completing your entry.

Spectators and coaches will also be able to book their places once entries open. Coach members of scottishathletics will be able to secure a free place if they book online.

General spectator tickets cost £3 online in advance or £4 on the day

U12 (SUPERteams): Born 1 Sept 2011 – 22 Jan 2014
U13: Born 1 Sept 2010 – 31 Aug 2012
U15: Born 1 Sept 2008 – 31 Aug 2010
U17: Born 1 Sept 2006 – 31 Aug 2008
U20: Born 1 Jan 2004 – 31 Aug 2006
Senior: Born on or before 31 Dec 2003
Masters: 35 and over on day of competition
