Please note that for the East District for hill running championship purposes aligns to the cross country, road and track East District area, which comprises the old regional areas of Borders, Lothian, Fife, Central and Tayside, and also Aberdeenshire.
There will be junior races for U20 (born 2000/01/02), U17 (born 2003/04), U15 (born (2005/06), U13 (born 2007/08) and U11 (born after 2008, minimum age six years) which will be entry on the day only.
The U20 and U17 races will be hosting the Junior Home International trial races.
