Scots set for Armagh Road Races – good luck to our athletes
Top Scottish athletes are headed for the Armagh Road Races this week.
The event in Northern Ireland on Thursday night is hugely popular and has a reputation for fast times.
Scottish athletes have excelled in Armagh in recent years as the men race 5k and women take on the 3k distance.
We selected eight athletes to represent Scotland and wish them all the best for Armagh.
Scotland Men
Jamie Burns (Shettleston); Angus MacMillan (York); Finlay Ross-Davie (Garscube/Edinburgh Uni Hare and Hounds); Scott Stirling (Falkirk Victoria Harriers)
Scotland Women
Lynn McKenna (Shettleston); Stephanie Pennycook (Fife AC); Stefanie Tucker (Cambuslang); Kirsty Walker (Edinburgh AC)
