Entries close Thursday: 4J Masters Indoors and National Relays U13, U15
Our 4J Masters Indoor track and field champs are at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on Sunday 2 February.
These events are open to athletes aged 35 and above on the day and with medals on offer in five-year age bands (age on the day also).
In addition; there are some Para event opportunities that day.
Entries close at 5pm on Thursday (January 16)

Our 4J National Relays for U13 and U15 athletes take place on Sunday 2 February at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow.
Heats and finals will happen that day for both these age groups.
