scottishathletics has teamed up with Active Stirling to produce this guide to introducing Recreational Running into secondary schools.
This resource has been created to support the delivery of recreational running to participants predominantly in a secondary school environment and is aimed at teachers and volunteers. Linked to the Curriculum for Excellence outcomes and supported by jogscotland, the resource is easy to use, fun, progressive and enables participants to develop skills at their own pace.
You can read the guide online by clicking on the image above, download it as a pdf below, or ask for a paper copy to be posted to you – just contact coaching@scottishathletics.org.uk.
