NATIONAL ROAD RELAYS - START-LISTS
We've had more than 1000 names put forward for the National Road Relays coming up at Livingston on Sunday.
It's always an eagerly-awaited event as teams featuring U20/Senior/Masters athletes compete for podium places with medals on offer for teams as Seniors, Masters and V50.

We've a treat in store for our ultra community in the new edition of PB magazine - with a couple of special features.
Grant McDonald of Gascube writes candidly about his recovery from a brain haemorrhage five years ago to GB and NI selection for the World 24-Hour Champs.
And, as you can see, Adrian Stott has penned an interesting feature about Jasmin Paris: Superwoman? after her remarkable recent exploits.
The printed edition of PB should be coming out to adult members of scottishathletics over the next few days.

MAKE ATHLETE WELFARE AN ISSUE . . .
We've a special scottishathletics Welfare Seminar coming up in Stirling on Saturday 30 March.
This is a great opportunity for licensed coaches, interested volunteers or (and especially) club Welfare Officers to come along and learn more about this vital issue.
We're really keen to grown skills and knowledge within our clubs in order to try and help ensure good practice is happening.
Sign-ups are free to those at affiliated clubs and licensed coaches.
