The Event Group Endurance Integration Day is the final step in gaining an Event Group Endurance Qualification and will pull together much of the content covered within the qualification online modules, through discussion and group work.
This is the final day for coaches who have completed all the Event Group online learning via the ulearn website.
Coaches are eligible to complete this qualification if the currently hold a UKA Level 2, Athletics Coach or Coach in Running Fitness (Endurance only) or higher. The online courses are broken down into three sections, with each section having multiple sub-sections, with a multiple choice questionnaire (MCQ) at the end of each sub-section.
To book onto the Event Group Endurance Integration Day coaches must have completed the Event Group Endurance Online course.
Prior to attending the Integration Day coaches must complete the pre-course work. For further information, please go the Event Group Coach Resources Section on uLearn.

SCOTTISH 5K CHAMPS
Entries are close to reaching the limit for the Run and Become race at Silverknowes on Friday 4 May which takes in the Scottish 5K Champs.
It's always a good event and will see many in a big field dip under the 20-minute mark with the course usually conducive to PB performances.
