Scotland will compete next weekend in a special event for throwers being held at Loughborough.

And we are delighted to name no fewer than nine athletes to represent Scotland in the Loughborough Pathways International.

The event will take place in the Paula Radcliffe Stadium on Sunday (27 May) and our athletes will compete in the U18, U20 and U23 age categories.

Congratulations to all the athletes selected for Scotland and to their families, coaches and the clubs who have helped with their development over the years.

This international opportunity is offered by scottishathletics with support by our Track and Field Commission and as mentioned in our International Handbook (Track and Field section).

It’s good to see Para events integrated into the meeting with two Para athletes included in our selection, Freya Howgate and Finlay Davidson.
