Scotland ready for U20 Welsh International – team staff named

Scotland are headed for the U20 Welsh International in Swansea this midweek.

The event offers some of the best young athletes in Scotland an opportunity to gain valuable international experience at an early age.

We were delighted to confirm the names of those selected previously and can now announce the team management appointments.

Jumps: Moira Maguire

Endurance: Mark Nixon and Janice Hendrie

Sprints, Hurdles, Relays: Allan Scott and Francis Smith

Throws: Alison Grey

Team Manager: Allan Hamilton

Team Leader: Mark Pollard

A number of the athletes selected have already enjoyed representative vests with GB and NI or with Scotland while for others this is a first selection.
