CLUB DEVELOPMENT OFFICER at FALKIRK VICTORIA HARRIERS

Salary and Hours: 15 hours per week, £8697.00 per annum

Falkirk Victoria Harriers is a well-established and successful athletics club based near Falkirk town centre.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Club for a Club Development Officer – a post which will have a significant impact in the further growth and development of the club.

The Club Development Officer will organise, lead and coach a new and structured community athletics programme.

This part time post (15 hours per week) is funded through a partnership between Falkirk Victoria Harriers, Falkirk Council and scottishathletics – and is part of the scottishathletics Club Together programme. The post will be employed through scottishathletics.

CLUB DEVELOPMENT OFFICER AND COMMUNITY COACH at LIVINGSTON AC

Contract Type: Negotiable – 1 to 2 Years

Hours: Negotiable – 20 to 32 hours per week

Salary: £21,632 to £24,960 per annum (doe, for 32 hours per week)

Role

The Club Development Officer and Community Athletics Coach role will have a significant impact in the future growth and development of the club.

Working with the Club Board, the role will assist in creating a thriving development structure within the Club, focusing on:

• engaging with coaches, officials, and parents
• supporting new members
• delivering structured athlete centered coaching at our community programme
• supporting our competition delivery
• developing our recreational running/jogging programme
