Summer Throws Festival, June 2014
scottishathletics are pleased to announce a Summer Throws Festival in June.
This event has now been scheduled for Sunday 8 June and will take place at Craigswood Stadium, Livingston.
The Spring Throws Festival was a great success with no fewer than 112 event entries and some excellent performances and more than 50 PBs were achieved across the disciplines and age groups.
Cash and iTunes vouchers will again be awarded for outstanding throws on June 8 – which marks the end of the qualification period for the Commonwealth Games.
The event will cover hammer, javelin, discus and shot and the preferred method of entry is in advance.
Send your entries to Mary Anderson: £5 for those advance entries with those on the day to cost £10.
