North District road race and hill championship dates have now been agreed with a series of events handed championship status.

Through May, June and December there will be races at 10K, 10-Mile and Half Marathon with medals up for grabs on each occasion.

The North District hill race is also a growing event – and that one in Strathpeffer in November is entry on the day.

Here’s the list of ND Championship events:

10K: Castle of Mey 10K on May 28. Entries

Half Marathon: The Skye Half Marathon on June 10. Entries

Hill Race: At Knockfarel, Strathpeffer, on November 4 (entries on the day)

10-Mile: The Turkey Trot on December 10 at Lossiemouth. Moray Road Runners
