- Please note that Central/East Pole Vault athletes can compete at the Open Graded Meeting at Grangemouth Stadium on Tuesday 1st December

- Please note that the Central/East Triple Jump competition will operate on Tuesday 1st December on the same evening as the Pole Vault  however athletes who cannot attend on the 1st will be given the opportunity to compete at the Tayside and Fife Regional Championships on Saturday 12th December 2009.

 Inter Regional Qualification Standards

The first male and female athlete in the U20/Senior competitions in each event will automatically be selected for the regional team for the Inter Regional Championships. One further athlete per event will be selected for each region at the discretion of the Regional Manager in advance of the Inter Regional Championships. Performances at the Regional Championships will be taken into account when deciding upon the discretionary selections
