National club managers

The role of our Development Team is to inspire, empower and enable our member clubs, their staff, volunteers and athletes to achieve their ambitions.

Our Head of Development and three National Club Managers work across Scotland to support all affiliated clubs, their staff and volunteers.

The core focus of our work is to provide education and support services to clubs which enable them to develop their infrastructure, grow and retain their membership and support the development of their staff and volunteers.
